East Coast Memorials will ship your headstone, monument, marker, memorial, project, civic project and/or orders throughout the USA.

We can ship your order anywhere throughout the USA. We deliver to churches, cemeteries, private residences, memorial parks, recreation parks, schools, universities, businesses, construction sites, and communities.

We must verify the delivery destination and receive shipping confirmation with the shipping point of contact or business that will be receiving the order including but not limited to headstones, monuments, markers, memorials, custom projects, and civic projects before any order is shipped.  To verify the delivery destination and confirm shipping, we require all shipping point of contact’s information including name, address, phone number.

Our memorial products vary in weight and range from less than five pounds to several tons. Some products may be shipped through Fed-Ex or UPS or similar carriers that are less than 100 pounds.

You must have arrangements in place at the time of delivery to have the larger items unloaded from the freight carrier’s truck including but not limited to securing a forklift and/or crane.

All larger items must be shipped with truck freight and require a lift gate to unload the item and forklift or cranes to handle the item safely.

We will provide you with a tracking number once your order has been shipped. Once your order has arrived, provide a signature and keep a copy for your records.

Your order may be eligible for express shipping, for an additional express shipping fee. Contact one of our Sales Consultants to inquire about express shipping.

Damages

We require all orders to be inspected immediately after delivery of your order for damages. Carrier claims must be timely filed with the carrier therefore orders must be inspected immediately after delivery. Orders are securely packaged to avoid any damages during transport, it’s very rare for orders to be damaged during transport.

In the unlikely event, please contact us via phone and email immediately. All orders must be thoroughly inspected upon receipt of delivery and reported immediately because the damage claims cannot be processed outside of the specific time frame. You must keep all of the original packaging and shipping documents for return.

East Coast Memorials is not liable responsible for: (1) a granite, marble, or bronze orders that includes, but is not limited to, monuments, headstones, memorials, columbarium’s, mausoleums, bronze markers, granite foundations, and concrete work including damage from wear and tear, neglect, cracks, fading, staining, discoloration, vandalism, chemicals, equipment, vehicles, ground settlement, weather damage, accidents, and/or Acts of God; and (2) concrete borders and concrete foundations cracking and/or breaking. East Coast Memorials is not liable for any damage by cemetery staff or public or private lawn maintenance employees. East Coast Memorials highly recommends granite foundations and/or granite borders for orders instead of concrete foundations or concrete borders.

Our products cannot be repaired or manipulated by any other company, all products that are repaired or manipulated by other companies are not eligible to be serviced or repaired by East Coast Memorials because the damage claims cannot be processed outside of the specific time frame.
