Each cemetery has different requirements in regarding sizes, styles and sometimes even colors. They will be able to tell you what is allowed and what will work best. Yes. Our priority is to ensure that you are 100% satisfied with your experience. Our staff has been working with cemeteries all over the country for years. We are able to work closely with them to ensure a smooth process for you and the cemetery. Some cemeteries will require proofs of sizes and design before approval. We can help you with this; however, it is the customer’s responsibility to make sure that the monument will fit within the cemetery regulations.
Usually. Most of the time cemeteries charge to have a monument set. The best way to know if your cemetery charges and what the fees will be is to give them a call. The cemetery can provide all of this information for you.
Not always. Sometimes arrangements will need to be made with another company that can set the marker. If needed, we can help with these arrangements.

All of our headstones are carefully packaged to minimize the risk of damage. In the rare circumstance that your monument is lost or damaged, we will replace it at no cost to you.

East Coast Memorials is not responsible for stains from cemetery maintenance equipment, birds, or chemicals applied to the stone after purchase. East Coast Memorials is not responsible for damage that may occur to the items purchased including but not limited to: monuments, memorials, headstones, markers, pictures, vases, columbarium, or mausoleum by vandalism, cemetery equipment, or acts of God. East Coast Memorials recommends granite foundations and granite borders for purchases. East Coast Memorials is not responsible for concrete borders and concrete foundations cracking and/or breaking.
One of the main differences is our quality of artwork. We have true artisans who create our designs and can design anything from a standard marker to a custom monument. We want your headstone to the most beautiful one in the cemetery.
We are also able to do this for cheaper than many of our competitors. We have spent years developing a process and building relationships with quarries to ensure that we get the best pricing possible. Because we purchase high volumes of granite we are able to purchase granite for less and can pass those savings on to you.
